Delete your account

You can permanently delete your Dose account at any time, directly from your profile. Here’s how.

    Open your Profile

    Log in and go to your Profile.

    Account & Security

    Under Account & Security, select Profile and Compliance Settings.

    Scroll to the bottom

    Scroll all the way down to the bottom of the page.

    Permanently delete account

    Select Permanently Delete Account and confirm.

⚠️ Some information is retained by law

When you delete your account, we remove your personal account data. However, some information cannot be deleted because it forms part of your patient and dispensing records, which the independent practitioners and pharmacy are legally required to retain. Under the HPCSA, SAPC and the Medicines Act, these clinical and dispensing records must generally be kept for a minimum of six years. This retention is required for patient safety and legal compliance and is outside Dose’s control.
